Shira Myrow is a mindfulness-based psychotherapist and relationship expert who is deeply committed to helping people integrate traumatic experiences and dysfunctional relationships into secure, resilient narratives.

Shira has advanced training in both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Her integrative approach focuses on helping couples and individuals learn how to work with their emotions to end conflict. She focuses on treating attachment disorders for adult children of severely mentally ill parents.

Shira has also been a regular contributor for publications including Goop, Medium and Mind Body Green, and was a Ted X speaker. She has presented at the TED Women Leadership conference.
