Dana has made it her mission to break the stigma associated with going to therapy and firmly advocates for mental health. She also hosts a podcast, “The D Spot,” in an effort to destigmatize going to therapy and increase awareness around the subject. In addition to being an advocate for mental health, Dana is also an acclaimed relationship expert. Her years of practice and education in the field have resulted in powerful advice that have improved the lives of countless couples and individuals. Dana truly loves what she does and has the kind heart and determination to prove it.
